  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Nomad Ceylon cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts
  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the water, milk, and Nomad Ceylon cinnamon sticks to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the oats and salt to the saucepan, reduce the heat to low, and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the Ceylon cinnamon sticks from the oatmeal and discard them.
  4. Stir in the honey and mix well.
