  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Nomad Red Bean and Rice seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the Nomad Red Bean and Rice seasoning to the skillet and stir well.
  4. Add the cooked white rice and red kidney beans to the skillet and stir well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot as a main dish or a side dish.
