  • 1 tablespoon of ghee or butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Nomad Garam Masala seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Begin by toasting the slices of bread until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, prepare the Nomad Garam Masala seasoning by mixing together 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. You can adjust the spice level to suit your personal tastes by adding more or less of each spice.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, spread the ghee or butter over the top of each slice.
  4. Sprinkle the garam masala seasoning over the top of the bread, making sure to cover it evenly.
  5. Place the bread back into the toaster and toast for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute to allow the seasoning to meld with the butter and bread.
  6. Remove the bread from the toaster and serve immediately.
