  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Nomad Kabob seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes (if using).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Nomad Kabob seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 8-10 portions.
  4. Take a skewer and flatten one portion of the meat mixture around it to form a sausage shape, leaving some space at the ends.
  5. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and skewers.
  6. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are cooked through and lightly charred.
  8. Serve the kabobs with a side salad or rice, if desired.
