  • 4 chicken breasts, bone-in and skin-on
  • 3 tablespoons Nomad Jamaican Jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Nomad Jamaican Jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them in the Nomad Jamaican Jerk seasoning mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
