  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini size)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Nomad Italian Seasoning


    1. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with paper towels.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Nomad Italian seasoning until well combined.
    3. Place the mozzarella balls in a shallow dish or container with a tight-fitting lid.
    4. Pour the marinade over the mozzarella balls, making sure they are fully coated.
    5. Cover the dish or container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
    6. Remove the marinated mozzarella balls from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature before serving.
    7. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the mozzarella balls to a serving dish, reserving the marinade.
    8. Drizzle the reserved marinade over the mozzarella balls and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
