  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the nutritional yeast, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the queso spice seasoning over the tortilla chips, making sure to coat them evenly.
  6. Bake the nacho chips in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the seasoning is slightly melted and the chips are slightly golden brown.
  7. Remove the nacho chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before adding your desired toppings.
  8. Serve the Vegan Queso spice seasoning Nacho Chips warm with your favorite toppings, such as chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, diced red onion, sliced black olives, guacamole, salsa, and vegan sour cream. Enjoy!
